Steve has got it in one. Great minds, hey...


The user can no longer come back and say "I want another report where it's
sorted by...". If they do you can justly say "Do it yourself!".


Something I forgot to mention in the article is that you don't really need IE
to run this. If you run the agent in any other browser it will simply ask what
you want to do with the data. You can then select to save it as an .xls file
and open it later in Excel or (in thoery) any other program that can import
these spread-sheets.
