Here's another one

Another very small program that I tend to always install is called Eydropper.
It is just a little program that sits in your task bar. You double click it
and a small window will follow your mouse and tell you the RGB, HEX, CMYK and
X, Y values of what your mouse is over, down to the pixel. The newer version
has the ability to customize the data it shows in the window. And the best
thing is, like Sizer, it is totally free. Here is the link:
