The scripts files won't have errors as such - it will just be Designer not
liking it. It doesn't like the amount of code either (something I've blogged
about before).
Also, I've noticed in the past that File Resources don't observe the public
access setting properly.
HTML directory is probably the best place for them - easier to upgrade them and
accessible by other dbs.
