Don't get admin options

Hi Jake


I downloaded the latest DomBlog Template, just to 'have a look'. I put it on
my local server, signed design elements and agents, added my user to ACL as
manager with Admin role, accessed it from my browser... but I didn't get any
admin options. When I try to use w.bloggar I get a message
Your blog server returned the following error message:


org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: Supplied user id and or password incorrect.


Any guidance?
