Mails sent recognized as spam

Hi everyone, this is a great tip, we have been searching for a solution that
sends notifications to users signed to an online application of one our
customers, but all solutions tested including this one sends "correct"
html-formated e-mails, but when we send them to @hotmail.com for example it
gets directly to the spam folder, if we send the same html code, with the same
subject, sender, etc.. with Outlook Express it enters directly to the inbox
folder, ANY SUGGESTION PLEASE!!! thanks...
