I agree when they announced that version 4 was going to be Flash Builder I did like it because it will confuse the market.

I've also been using the Flex 4 Beta for a client project recently, and the work they've done on separating component appearance from functionality is pretty neat. It takes a bit of getting used to coming from Flex 3 components, but once you get your head around how it all works it's so much neater.
