It looks like it's been three weeks to teh day since a ride. Not so. Been out quite a bit on the bike but on photo missions. Still clocking up the miles just not bothering to record it.
Today was a "fast" day. Kept to the roads quite a bit and so the avg speed reflects this. Trying to get ready for the London-Brighton ride in less than a month. |
