Notes:
Same route as the first two rides but I decided to make a few changes to get to know the locale a bit better. My mistake. The OS map is out of date and the dismantled railway is now the Sunderland to Newcastle Metro Railway. This meant I founf myself stuck in a field with only one way out (the way I came in) and surrounded by 8ft fencing and a steep climb to get out. Damn map! |
