EditHorizScrollbar @Command
Toggles the horizontal scroll bar in a document.

Note EditHorizScrollbar is not supported under OS/2 or on the Macintosh.

Syntax

@Command( [EditHorizScrollbar] )

Usage

A document must be open.

This command does not work on the Web.
