Synopsis
Unable to see if mail is been sent, cannot receive email, but reciever able to get email.
Suggested Causes and Solutions:

database is corrupt or the server is over worked with database view indexes that are to big.
solutions:
break down the nsf to a more manageble size
rethink view structure / selection formulas
"load fixup nsf_name.nsf"
