Content

When a customer accesses his/her mail file via IBM Lotus Domino Web Access (iNotes Web Access), then creates a new mail message and selects the "To:" address button, the local contacts appear as they should but the following error message occurs, and no local contacts are listed in the address box:

"Entry not found in Index"

The customer can switch to the server's Domino Directory and the names will appear.

This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# SRKM6KZ8QS, and is under investigation. The issue occurs when the Domino Server has been upgraded to 6.5.5 or 7.0.1, but the iNotes6.ntf design being used is from a previous release.

The problem in Domino Web Access (DWA) is caused by the presence of a new view, ($PeopleGroupsFlatExt), in the iNotes6.ntf file that ships with Domino 6.5.5 and 7.0.1 Server. Releases prior to 6.5.5 do not contain this view.

To resolve this issue, do either of the following:

- Upgrade the iNotes6.ntf to the version that ships with the 6.5.5 and 7.0.1 servers,

OR

- Upgrade the 6.x design (iNotes6.ntf) to the new 7.x design (DWA7.ntf).
