An error has occoured while processing a request on an object
Synopsis
i am getting this error while loading a ocx control

Getting this error with OLE objects when i am activating the object. user is not getting the error always. he is getting randomly.
Set v_handle = neo_att.Activate(True)
this line is giving the error
Any idea why it giving randomly and not always
