unable to locate the password
Please send it as soon as possible
Suggested Causes and Solutions:
1.While in Lotus Notes, choose the menu options FILE - SECURITY - USER SECURITY.
When prompted, enter your OLD password.
2.Click the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
Again, when prompted, enter your OLD password
3.Enter and Re-enter your NEW password in the boxes shown.
Remember, passwords ARE case sensitive and usually have a minimum number of required characters and/or complexity. You will be prompted if your password does not meet the minimum standards.
When succesfully completed, you will return to the User Securiyt window and see a dialog box confirming that your password was changed.
Click the CLOSE button.
