Unable To Archive

Unable to Archive. Do you want to update settings?
You go through the updating of the settings and all is greyed-out?
Suggested Causes and Solutions:
Go back to Inbox/Mail view, click on Actions-> Archive-> Archive Now. You do not have to select any message, just select "Yes" on the confirmation message. After process is done, select the messages you want to archive & try again.
delete current Archive Log, create a new one & try to archive again.
I mostly work with Notes Client so these 2 suggestions have been tried & tested by me (they work, too!)
