Lotus Notes Exception - The Address Book does not contain a cross certificate capable of validating the public key

Synopsis

Usually agent related.

Solutions

Check that any agents you are running are signed by an ID in the domain that the server is in or that have been cross-certified.

Most likey you need to sign the database with an ID that has the required kind of access on the server where the database is hosted.

Sometimes signing only the relevent design documents will be enough, the other times you may need to sign the whole database.
