Synopsis
This happens when I try to open a contact on iNotes.

This is due to the user might be in the deny access group or it will be cached in the cache. so first check int the deny access group if found remove it or else run the cache command.
to clear the cache. and push names once from the server.and try to login after 20-30 minutes.
