Mails Are Not Deleted

Synopsis
This error is promted whenever I try to delete mails from my inbox. Sometimes the same error prompts when I open workspace inbox but goes after clicking OK two or three times.
Suggested Causes and Solutions:

Repalce\rename the bookmark.nsf file & then reopen the lotus notes & you should not get those errors again.

Perform the email maintenance on server side:
load fixup -F names.nsf
load compact -c -i names.nsf
load updall -X -R names.nsf
