PUBLIC is not allowed in this module

Synopsis

Shared Actions want neither Option Public in their (Options) section, nor Use <script library name> where the named script library includes an Option Public. As I understand it, each shared action has its own context (and thus cannot have a Public declaration), at the same time that they partake of the context of the object containing them.
