Server error: You are not authorized to use the server

Unable to administer the server with the admin account!

Usually mean that you are in Deny Access Group, if you dont have another account who could open the server, try with a user's one and instal administrator directly on server, then open the server on Local.

Deleted a user which was automatically put in the Deny Acces Group.

After recreating the user the server error appeared. Edited the Deny Access Group, took out the "user name", error message gone.

Make sure that the user or the OU (*/OU) is specified into the server users group (usualy named _SERVER_Users).

Check your mail server if it is correct

Check at the names.nsf of the server if this person is at the deny access group.

It's not the server or deny group, a deny group works on the database level and not the server level, client has not completed the initail server setup document. check the server name is correct in the clients setup document. Check that the client can resolve the server name with nslookup

the id been locked. Ask the admin to gointo Notes addressbook >> Deny Access Group >. serch out the id >> move away the id>>save and close.
