ANOTHER COPY OF THIS INCIDENT WAS SAVED WHILE YOU WERE EDITING IT.
Synopsis
Once I have opened a request assigned to myself it will not let me complete the request 80% of the time. when I try to close the request it tells me that ANOTHER COPY OF THIS INCIDENT WAS SAVED WHILE YOU WERE EDITING IT. This causes a save conflict and will not let me complete the request.
when you are trying to close down 20 requests that you then have to close and then re-open.
any help will be highly appreciated
