Server Record Not Found

Server record not found. The server .. in ID.. does not match any server found in the domino diectory. Check that the server name field in the server record is hierarchical. The domino directory does not contain a server document for this server.
Synopsis
I have registered a new server using our organizations certifier. But when I tried to start the domino server, the error comes out on the console.
