File Does Not Exist.

Server Error: File does not exist
Archive database is located on the archive server, When from Notes Tools > archive > Error appears File does not exist.
Suggested Causes and Solutions:
If the path for archive nsf is not correct then lotus shows file doesnot exist. Make sure that archive path is correct.

the above error is bcoz if the mail id is on local workstation and in location settings if mail id location is server than u will get this error you have to change this mail id location to either local or server as per the mail id location.

I have also faced this issue, probably this too comes when a user creates a signature in one location and then the same person gets shifted to other location. the time he opens new memo then the massage "File does not exist" comes.
In this case: we need to recreate Signature on current mail file.
Most probably this will get solved.

File Does Not Exist Error Message:
Solutions: we need to recreate Signature on current mail file.
How to add signature: Go to tools Preference then click signature choose text and add signature then problem resolved.
